ABOUT THIS COURSE

The ICAM Lead Investigator course is designed for professionals leading workplace incident investigations using the ICAM framework. Participants can choose between face-to face or virtual classroom delivery of a trainer-led session where they will gain the skills to conduct thorough investigations, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

The course includes the nationally recognised unit BSBWHS515 – Lead initial response to and investigate WHS incidents, ensuring participants develop the ability to manage incident responses, lead teams, engage stakeholders, and produce compliant investigation reports.
